Seats and firm billing

Firm plans have a base price that includes one broker, plus a price for each extra broker (a seat).

Example: a firm on Firm Pro with 4 brokers pays $99 + 3 × $39 = $216/month.

How seats are counted

• Every broker profile linked to your firm counts, including ones still waiting for approval. Hidden profiles don't count.
• Admins never use a seat.

Automatic, prorated billing

When a broker joins or leaves, your subscription is updated straight away and Stripe prorates it: you pay only for the part of the month (or year) each broker was on your team. The Team page always shows your current count, what's included and what's billed.

What brokers get

While your firm is on a firm plan, every broker on your team gets the same plan features as the firm (Pro or Elite level). Brokers don't need to pay for their own plan.

If the firm plan ends

Your brokers return to the Free plan, unless they pay for their own. Their profiles stay linked to your firm.
