Upgrade from Free

1. Open Dashboard → Plan & billing.
2. On the plan you want, click Upgrade monthly, or Pay yearly to pay for a year (the same as 10 months).
3. You're taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your card details (and a promotion code if you have one) and pay.
4. You come back to PJReviews and see "Payment received. Your plan activates within a minute…" Refresh after a minute if the old plan still shows.

You'll get an email such as Acme Jets is now on PJReviews Pro, and the new features are available straight away.

Switch to another plan

• Pro ↔ Elite: click the button on the new plan. You'll be taken to Stripe's billing page to confirm. The change is prorated: you're credited for unused time on the old plan.
• Firm Pro ↔ Firm Elite: click the button on the new plan. The switch happens immediately and is prorated, extra broker seats included.

Which plans do I see?

• Everyone sees Free, Pro and Elite, with your current plan marked Current plan.
• Brokerage firms also see Firm Pro and Firm Elite: click See firm plans under Running a brokerage with brokers?. Firms that already have brokers or a firm plan see them straight away. Brokers on a firm's team can't buy a firm plan, and a firm with brokers stays on a firm plan.

Who can upgrade?

Only the owner of the listing. Firm admins can see the billing page but can't change the plan or card. If you see "Only the firm's owner can change its plan or payment details," ask the owner.

Note: Brokers on a firm's team get the firm's plan automatically and don't need to pay for their own. See Join a firm as a broker.
