How It Works: Private Jet Flyers
Free to use Find the right provider, then fly with confidencePrivate aviation is opaque by default. The same trip can be quoted three ways by three companies, and it is not always clear who you are actually dealing with. PJReviews exists to make that comparison honest. 1 Search by service and locationFilter by what you actually need, from on-demand charter and jet cards to medevac, cargo and aircraft sales. Every listing shows the services offered and where the company is based. 2 Check the profile and the reviewsRead what other flyers experienced. Look for the verified badge, which means our team has checked business credentials or an operator certificate before the listing went live. 3 Request quotes from more than oneContact providers directly through the platform. Speaking to two or three is normal and costs you nothing, and it is the only reliable way to know whether a price is fair. 4 Book, fly, then leave a reviewYou book directly with the provider. Afterwards, an honest review, good or critical, is what keeps this platform useful for the next traveller. ![]() Verified providersNo cost to flyersReal flyer reviewsBook direct, no middleman |

Worth knowing Broker or operator: who are you actually booking? This is the single most useful thing to understand before you request a quote, and most first-time flyers do not know the difference. OperatorsAn operator holds the air operator certificate and physically flies the aircraft. They control the fleet, employ the crew, and carry the operational responsibility for your flight. Best when you want a specific aircraft and a direct relationship. BrokersA broker arranges your flight with an operator on your behalf. A good one has access to far more aircraft than any single operator and will source the right one for your route. Best when you want choice, or fly varied routes and aircraft types. Common questionsDoes PJReviews cost anything? No. Searching, comparing, reading reviews and requesting quotes are all free for flyers. Providers pay for their listings, which is how the platform is funded. Do you take a commission on bookings? No. You book directly with the provider and we are not part of that transaction. Nothing is added to your price for using the platform. What does the verified badge mean? That our team reviewed the company's credentials before publishing the listing: a business licence for brokers, an air operator certificate for operators, or professional certification for individuals. How quickly will a provider respond? Most reply within a business day. If nobody gets back to you within two, contact us and we will follow it up or put your request in front of other providers. Can I leave a review without booking?Reviews should come from a real experience with a provider. That is what makes them worth reading, and why we moderate submissions before they publish. Something went wrong with a provider. What now?Tell us. We investigate reports about listed companies, and a pattern of complaints affects whether a listing keeps its verified status or stays on the platform at all. |
