Join a firm as a broker
Accept your firm's invitation and set up your own broker profile.
Updated October 20, 2026
If your firm invited you, you'll have an email such as Maria Lopez invited you to join Acme Jets on PJReviews (with your colleague's and your firm's names).
Accept the invitation
- Click Accept the invitation in the email (it's valid for 14 days).
- If you don't have a PJReviews account, click Create your account, and use the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you already have one, click I already have an account and sign in.
- Click Join {Firm}.
You're taken to your new profile. Fill it in (photo or logo, description, services) and it goes live once our team approves it. See Complete your profile and Get your listing approved.
What you get
- Your own public profile, showing Broker at {Firm}, with your own reviews and quote requests.
- The firm's plan features, paid by the firm. On Plan & billing you'll see "Your profile has the … plan through {Firm}."
- A My firm page in your dashboard.
Quote requests sent to you also reach your firm's owner and admins.
Already have a broker listing?
Accepting links your existing listing to the firm. You keep its reviews and history.
Problems accepting?
- "This invitation was sent to …": you're signed in with a different email. Sign out and sign in with the invited address, or ask your firm to invite the address you use.
- "This invitation is no longer valid": it expired or was cancelled. Ask your firm to send a new one.
- "This account manages a firm's listing": firm accounts can't also be brokers. Use a separate account for your broker profile.
