Your profile is what flyers see. A complete, specific profile is approved faster, ranks better in Google and gets more quote requests.
Open Dashboard → Profile, fill in the sections below, then click Save profile. You'll see "Profile saved."
Identity
- Business name: the name flyers know you by.
- Legal / company name: optional.
- Tagline: one line under your name, for example "Charter broker serving the Gulf and Europe" (up to 160 characters).
- Search summary: up to 300 characters, shown in listings and search results. Treat it as your elevator pitch.
- About: at least 200 characters. Separate paragraphs with a blank line. Cover your services, fleet access, regions, certifications and what makes you different.
- Logo: PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, under 3 MB. Square works best.
Contact
- Website (https:// is added for you), Public email, Phone, WhatsApp, and Booking link (a quote or booking page on your site).
Each of these appears as a button on your public profile.
Location
Country, City, State / region, Postal code and Street address. Your city decides which location pages you appear on.
Social profiles
Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Youtube and Tiktok: paste the full link to your company page.
Photo gallery
Below the profile form, Photo gallery lets you show your aircraft, cabins, lounge and team. Pro includes up to 12 photos, Elite up to 30.
- Click Add photos and choose JPG, PNG or WEBP images (up to 5 MB each).
- Add an optional Caption to each photo.
- Use the arrows to change the order; the first photos show first on your profile.
- Click Save gallery.
To remove a photo, click the × on it, then Save gallery.
Tip: Write the About section for a flyer comparing three providers: which aircraft you can source, where you fly, how fast you quote, safety standards (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO), and why clients come back.
Note: Edits to a live listing appear on your public profile straight away.
