Understand your analytics
What the numbers on your Analytics page mean and how to use them to win more business.
Updated October 20, 2026
Dashboard → Analytics shows how flyers find and contact you on PJReviews. PJReviews counts these numbers itself, so visitors who block Google Analytics are included too.
What every plan sees
- Profile views: how many times your profile was opened, and by how many different visitors.
- Contact clicks: clicks on your Website, phone, Email, WhatsApp and Book online buttons, and the share of visitors who clicked one.
Pro, Elite and firm plans also see
- Quote requests received through PJReviews, and clicks on Request a quote.
- Clicks from listings: how often flyers clicked your card on city, country and service pages.
- Daily: views and contacts day by day.
- How flyers contact you: which buttons they use.
- Where visitors come from: Google, other websites, campaigns, or PJReviews itself.
- Ranges of 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Firms also see each broker's views, contacts and contact rate.
Turning numbers into business
- Many views, few contacts? Strengthen your profile: a clear description, photos, and every contact option filled in. See Complete your profile.
- Contacts mostly by phone? Make sure someone answers; consider adding WhatsApp.
- Few views? Add every service you offer, collect reviews, and consider Pro or Elite placement or advertising.
Note: Numbers start from when tracking began on the new PJReviews (October 2026). Visits from the PJReviews team are included.
