Reach 100% profile completeness, submit for approval and go live.

Every new listing is checked by our team before it appears on PJReviews. You send it for review once your profile is complete.
The completeness checklist
Your Overview page shows Profile completeness as a percentage, with a Still to do list. Click any item to jump to the field that fixes it. On the Profile page these fields are marked Needed for approval. To reach 100% you need:

Submit for approval
- Open Overview in your dashboard.
- When completeness shows 100%, click Submit for approval. (The button only appears at 100%. Until then your listing is a draft that only you can see.)
- You'll see: "Thanks, your listing is in the review queue. You will be emailed when it goes live."
Most listings are reviewed within one business day. When it's approved you'll receive … is now live on PJReviews, your listing gets the Verified badge, and the email includes a link you can send to past clients to collect reviews.
If your listing is sent back
If something needs fixing, you'll get Action needed: … on PJReviews with a note from our team; the same note appears on your Overview page. Make the changes, then click Submit for approval again.
Tip: Complete profiles are approved faster. A clear description of your services, fleet access, regions and certifications, plus a sharp logo, makes the difference.
Note: If you claimed an existing listing, it's already live; there's nothing to submit. Your claim is either approved instantly (when your email matches the listing's email or website domain) or checked by our team, usually within 1 business day. While a claim is under review your dashboard is read-only, so you can't edit the profile or submit it yet. See Claim your existing listing.
