Claim your existing listing
Take ownership of your business's listing on PJReviews so you can edit it and receive quote requests.
Updated October 20, 2026
Thousands of private aviation businesses are already listed on PJReviews. If yours is one of them, claim it rather than creating a duplicate: you keep its reviews and its place in search. Claiming is free.
Steps
- Open your business's page on PJReviews and click Claim this listing (in the sidebar, under Is this your business?). If we emailed you an invitation, click the link in that email instead.
- You'll see your listing (logo, name and city) under Is this your business? Check it's the right one. If it isn't, click Go back to the listing or list a different business.
- Under Yes, this is my business, enter your name, Work email and a password, then click Create account and continue. Already have an account? Click Log in to claim instead.
- If we ask you to confirm your email address, open the email and click the link. You come back to the same listing.
- On Claim your listing, fill in How are you connected to …?: your role, plus a work email or website we can check.
- Click Submit claim.
Can't find the button, or prefer to search? Sign in, open Set up your listing, type your business name under Claim an existing listing, click Search, pick your business and continue from step 5.
Instant approval
Your claim is approved straight away, with no waiting, when your account's (confirmed) email address:
- is the same as the email on the listing, or
- uses the same domain as the listing's website (for example jane@acmejets.com for acmejets.com), or
- is the address our invitation email was sent to, and you used the link in that email. This includes the email we send when a flyer asks an unclaimed listing for a quote (A flyer asked … for a quote on PJReviews): claim with its link and the request is waiting in your dashboard.
Free email addresses such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud or Hotmail can't prove a domain match, so those claims are checked by our team. You'll get Your claim for … is approved by email and your dashboard opens fully.
While your claim is being checked
If we can't match your email automatically, you'll see Claim received and get the email We received your claim for …. Our team usually replies within 1 business day.
Until the claim is approved:
- Your dashboard is read-only. Your Overview shows Claim under review. Profile edits, services, the gallery, jet cards, aircraft, advertising and Plan & billing unlock once the claim is approved, so the public listing doesn't change.
- Quote requests still come to our team, not to you. Nothing is lost: when the claim is approved, requests from the last 60 days that are still waiting move to Leads & messages and you're emailed about each one.
- We may email Action needed: confirm your claim for … asking for proof. Just reply to that email, ideally from an address at your company's website domain.
If we can't confirm the claim you'll get About your claim for … with the reason. The listing goes back to unclaimed, and you can reply to that email with proof to ask us to look again.
Can't find your business?
- Try a shorter version of the name, or the brand name instead of the legal name.
- Only listings that nobody has claimed yet appear in the search. If it says "No unclaimed listing matches", either create a new listing or, if you think someone else claimed your business, contact support.
Tip: Sign up with an email address at your company's website domain. It's the fastest way to get approved, usually instantly.
