Leave a firm or remove a broker

A broker's profile always belongs to the broker. Leaving a firm never deletes it.

Leave your firm (brokers)

1. Open Dashboard → My firm.
2. Click Leave {Firm}.

Remove a broker (firm owner or admin)

1. Open Dashboard → Team.
2. Next to the broker, click Remove from team.

What happens

• The broker keeps their profile, reviews and quote requests, now as an independent listing.
• The profile drops to the Free plan, unless the broker pays for their own.
• Broker at {Firm} disappears from their page, and they leave the firm's Our team section.
• The firm stops seeing that broker's leads.
• The firm's seat count goes down and the bill is adjusted (prorated).

Admins

The firm owner can remove an admin from the Admins list on the Team page. If you're an admin who wants to step down, ask the firm owner to remove you.
