Firms and brokers explained
How brokerage firms, their brokers and admins work together on PJReviews.
Updated October 20, 2026
PJReviews supports both independent brokers and brokerage firms with a team.
The three roles
| Role | Who | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| Firm owner | The account that manages the firm's listing | Everything, including the firm's plan and billing |
| Admin | Office managers, sales leads… | Edit the firm's page, manage the team, see all leads. No billing. |
| Broker | Each broker at the firm | Their own profile, linked to the firm, with their own reviews and quote requests |
How it looks to flyers
- The firm's page shows an Our team section with each broker's card.
- Each broker's page shows Broker at {Firm} with a link to the firm.
- Flyers can request a quote from the firm or from a specific broker.
Leads
- Requests sent to the firm's page go to the firm's owner and admins.
- Requests sent to a broker go to that broker and to the firm's owner and admins. In the firm's Leads & messages they're labelled for {broker}.
Plans and seats
Teams need a firm plan: Firm Pro or Firm Elite. Each includes one broker; every extra broker is a seat billed per month or year. Brokers get the firm's plan features automatically. See Seats and firm billing.
If a broker leaves
The profile belongs to the broker. When they leave (or the firm removes them), they keep their page, reviews and leads as an independent listing on the Free plan, and the firm's seat count goes down.
Getting started as a firm
- Make sure your firm's listing is a Company listing and is approved.
- Upgrade to Firm Pro or Firm Elite.
- Invite your team.
