Invite your team

Before you start

• Your firm's listing must be approved (live).
• To add brokers, your firm needs Firm Pro or Firm Elite. You can invite admins on any plan.

Send invitations

1. Open Dashboard → Team. (The Team menu item appears once your firm has a firm plan, brokers, admins or invitations; before that, open it from Plan & billing → See firm plans → Invite your brokers.)
2. In Email addresses, enter up to 20 addresses, separated by commas or new lines.
3. Choose the role:
   • Broker: gets their own profile under the firm, and uses a seat. Without a firm plan this option is greyed out and says needs a firm plan.
   • Admin: manages the firm's page, team and leads, with no seat.
4. Click Send invitations.

Each person receives an email, Maria Lopez invited you to join Acme Jets on PJReviews, with an Accept the invitation button. Invitations are valid for 14 days and appear under Pending invitations until accepted, with when they were sent. We remind people who haven't accepted after 3 and 10 days. Click Resend to send a fresh link with a new 14 days (earlier links stop working), or Cancel to withdraw it.

When a broker accepts

• They sign in (or create an account) with the same email address you invited.
• A broker profile is created for them, linked to your firm, in your firm's city. They complete it like any profile, submit it for approval, and our team approves it before it goes public.
• You (and your firm's admins) get an email: {name} joined {Firm} on PJReviews.
• If they already have their own broker listing on PJReviews, that listing is linked to your firm instead, keeping its reviews.
• Your seat count updates automatically, and so does your bill. See Seats and firm billing.

Manage your team

The Team page lists:

• Brokers, with their profile status (Live, Waiting for approval…) and Remove from team. A removed broker is emailed and keeps their profile and reviews as an independent listing.
• Admins. Only the firm owner can remove an admin.
• Pending invitations.

Tip: Ask brokers to complete their profiles quickly (photo or logo, description, services). A team of complete, live profiles makes your firm page much stronger.

Note: If a broker signs in without using the invitation link, their dashboard reminds them to open the invitation email. An invitation can only be accepted by the email address it was sent to. If a broker wants to use a different address, cancel the invitation and send a new one.
