Manage quote requests
Read, answer and keep track of the quote requests flyers send you.
Updated October 20, 2026
When a flyer clicks Request a quote on your profile, or sends a Get matched request that we route to you, the request arrives in Dashboard → Leads & messages, and you get an email: New … request from {name}.
Answer a request
- Open Leads & messages and click the request. Requests waiting on you are highlighted and labelled Awaiting your reply (or New message when the flyer wrote back). Click Awaiting your reply at the top to see only those, or search by name or email.
- Read the trip details: route, date, passengers, aircraft type or budget, depending on what they asked for.
- In the reply box, write your answer: a quote, or the questions you need answered.
- Click Send reply. Your message appears in the conversation and you'll see "Reply sent. The flyer has been emailed a link to answer you."
The flyer gets an email with a private link to read your reply and answer you. Their answers appear in the Conversation on the same request, and you're emailed each time (New message from …).
A request that came through Get matched shows Sent via: Get matched: sent to N providers. The flyer is comparing quotes from up to five companies. Get matched requests go directly to listings on a paid plan: up to 15 a month on Pro (and per broker on Firm Pro), unlimited on Elite and Firm Elite. See Plans compared. On Free, your Dashboard shows how many Get matched requests near you went to other providers in the last 30 days. Our team can also send you a request by hand: it shows Sent to you by the PJReviews team.
Tip: Speed wins. Flyers usually contact several providers, and the first good answer often gets the trip. If a request stays unopened for 24 hours, we send you a reminder.
Reply by email or phone instead
The request page shows the flyer's email and phone (if given) on the right. You can contact them directly. Replying through PJReviews keeps the conversation on record, so our team can help if anything goes wrong.
Request statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| new | Not opened yet |
| viewed | You've opened it |
| contacted | You've answered through PJReviews, or marked it Contacted |
| won / lost | You marked how it ended |
| spam | You marked it as spam; it only shows under the Spam filter |
On a request, use Mark as: Contacted, Won, Lost or Spam to keep your list tidy. Use Contacted when you answered by phone or email outside PJReviews. Reopen undoes Won, Lost or Spam. Times are shown in your own timezone.
Why am I not receiving requests?
- Your claim is still being checked: until it's approved, requests go to our team (we pass them on).
- Your listing isn't live yet: see Get your listing approved.
- Your profile is thin: a complete profile with a logo and services gets far more requests. See Complete your profile.
Note: At a brokerage firm, the firm's owner and admins see the requests sent to each broker too, labelled for {broker}. See Firms and brokers explained.
