Jetbay is a digital booking platform for private jet charter. InvestHK, which has helped the company set up in Hong Kong, says it was founded in 2020. The listing on file is for its Hong Kong entity, Jetbay (HK) Co. Limited, in Wan Chai. The company's website says it has charter teams in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Jetbay does not operate aircraft. It arranges flights with third-party operators, which its website says are vetted against safety standards. It claims access to more than 10,000 aircraft from over 1,000 operators, and InvestHK repeats the 10,000-aircraft figure.

Its services include on-demand, group, corporate and event charters, fixed-price routes and empty-leg flights. It also offers pet travel and an air ambulance and medical evacuation service called Jetbay SOS. A jet card is sold in 10-, 25- and 50-hour tiers, alongside a membership programme and a mobile app.

The website lists affiliations with the Wyvern safety programme and with several business aviation associations, including NBAA, EBAA, AsBAA, ACA and BBGA. These are the company's own claims.

The listing on file mentions helicopter charter, but the current website does not offer it as a service, so flyers wanting rotorcraft should ask directly.
