O2H2O Jets and Yachts, which also uses the O2xH2O name, is a private aviation and yachting company with a Hong Kong office in TML Tower, Tsuen Wan. It also lists offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and at Subang Skypark in Malaysia. Trade press identifies Alexandre Heng as founder and dates the company to 2021, while the firm itself cites around 20 years of team experience in each sector.
On the aviation side, the company lists private jet charter, empty-leg flights, a private jet membership, jet leasing and air ambulance flights. It also handles business jet sales, acquisition and brokerage, and post-purchase asset management for owners. Its site has shown large-cabin aircraft such as a Bombardier Global 7500 offered for sale.
The website does not say that O2H2O operates aircraft under its own air operator certificate, so charter flights should be understood as arranged with third-party operators. Travellers should ask which operator and aircraft will fly a given trip.
Yachting is an equal part of the business, covering yacht charter, sales and management; the company's Vietnam arm represents Sanlorenzo and Bluegame yachts. It lists membership of the Asia Pacific Superyacht Association and accepts some cryptocurrency payments.
