Request a quote
Send a free, no-obligation quote request to one provider, or describe your trip once with Get matched and hear back from several.
Updated October 20, 2026
Quote requests are free and there's no obligation. There are two ways to ask:
- Request a quote sends your request to one provider you choose.
- Get matched sends one request to up to five suitable providers at once, so you can compare quotes.
Ask one provider
- Open the provider's profile and click Request a quote (or scroll to the form).
- In I need, choose what you're after: Charter flight, Jet card, Aircraft sale, Aircraft acquisition, Aircraft leasing, Aircraft management or Something else.
- Fill in the trip or aircraft details. For a charter flight: From, To, Date and Passengers.
- Add Your name, Email, an optional Phone and any Details the provider should know.
- Click Send request.
You'll see Request sent, and you'll get an email confirming we received it. Your details go only to that provider.
Get matched with several providers
- On any directory page (a country, city or service), click Get matched in the Need quotes fast? box. You can also go straight to pjreviews.com/getmatched.
- In I need, choose the service, for example On-Demand Charter or Jet Card Program. If you came from a directory page, the service and place are already set.
- For a flight, choose One-way or Return, then fill in From, To, Departure (and Return) and Passengers. As you type a city, pick it from the list so we know exactly where you're flying from (you can also type an airport name or code). For other services, add the aircraft, your location and timeline if you like.
- Add a Budget if you have one (optional).
- Add Your name, Email, an optional Phone and any Details.
- Tick the box to let us share your request with the matched providers.
- Click Get matched.
You'll see Request sent with the list of providers that received it, and we email you the same list. Each provider replies to you directly.
How we choose the providers
- We look for providers that offer the service you chose, starting in your From city (or the city of the page you came from), then the state or region, then the country.
- Within each area they're ranked the same way as the directory: featured first, then paid plans, then verified, then rating and number of reviews.
- Requests go directly to member companies: businesses that have claimed and verified their listing and are on a paid plan. A firm and its brokers count as one, so the same company never gets your trip twice.
- Our team always sees your request too. We may pass it to more providers who fit, and we email you whenever we do.
- If no member company covers your trip yet, our team picks suitable providers by hand and passes it on, usually within one business day. Your confirmation email says when this happens.
Tip: To keep things fair for everyone, you can send a few Get matched requests a day. If you hit the limit, wait a while or contact our support team.
When a provider replies
You'll get an email, {Provider} replied to your request, with a Read and reply button. It opens a private conversation where you can answer the provider; no account needed.
Important: Keep that link private. Anyone with it can read and reply to the conversation.
Signed in?
With a traveller account, the form fills in your name, email and phone, and every request and reply is listed under My account > Quote requests.
No reply?
If you used Get matched and nobody has replied after two days, we email you No replies yet? We can send your request to more providers. Click Send it to more providers, then Send it to more providers again on the page that opens, and we send your trip to the next suitable providers (once per request). If nobody else fits, our team finds more by hand.
Providers usually answer within a day. If you've heard nothing, try another provider, use Get matched, or contact our support team and we'll chase it.
