Write a review

Reviews help other flyers choose with confidence. You don't need an account.

Steps

1. Open the provider's profile and click Write a review.
2. Choose your Overall rating (1 to 5), and rate Service, Responsiveness, Expertise and Value.
3. Add a Title (optional) and describe Your experience, at least 40 characters.
4. Answer Would you recommend them?
5. Enter Your name and Email (your email is never published).
6. Click Submit review.

What happens next

Our team checks every review before it's published, usually within a day. Once approved, it appears on the provider's profile, and the provider may reply publicly.

Our review rules

• Only review a company you've actually dealt with.
• Be factual and fair. No offensive language or personal details.
• Reviews that break the rules, or that are written by the business itself, are rejected.

Tip: Mention the route, aircraft and what stood out (good or bad). Specific reviews help other flyers most.
