How VistaJet membership works

VistaJet is a brand of Vista Global Holding Limited, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Both memberships are offered through an enquiry form, not a price list (VistaJet Program page).

VistaJet Program

VistaJet's description: "The model offers guaranteed availability with as little as 24 hours' notice, globally, on a fleet of silver and red aircraft, all at a fixed hourly rate." (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Its FAQ says "Program membership is for 50+ flying hours" (guidance; Provider-stated, retrieved 2026-09-26). The Program agreement is not public, and no deposit, fees, term, expiry or refund rules are published (checked 2026-09-25).

VJ25

VJ25 is "Designed for those who require 25-49 flying hours per year", and VistaJet's page title calls it a jet card membership (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). VistaJet's VJ25 brochure (file dated 2026-05-08; its text carries © VistaJet 2022) calls it a "three-year plan" and says "you can request to roll over up to 20% of your hours to the following year should you need to fly less". It does not say what happens to other unused hours.

VistaJet states that flights are operated by certificated air carriers, which it names on its site (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). The carriers it names are listed, with sources and dates, further down this page.

Pricing and fees: no rates published

VistaJet publishes no hourly rates for either membership, and no deposit, initiation fee or annual fee (checked 2026-09-25). The Program page says flying is "at a fixed hourly rate"; how long the rate stays fixed is not published.

There is no headline rate to adjust, and most add-ons are unstated too. Not published for either membership: whether US federal excise tax is included, taxi-time billing, daily minimums, de-icing, international fees and round-trip pricing (checked 2026-09-25).

VistaJet's FAQ says Program and Corporate members "do not pay positioning fees or intracontinental flight fees when flying within the global service area" (Provider-stated, retrieved 2026-09-26); VJ25 positioning terms are not published. For VJ25, High Demand Day access is "subject to small premium", with no amount stated (Provider-stated, VJ25 brochure). Fuel treatment is not published (checked 2026-09-25).

Once you have an agreement and rate schedule, enter the figures in the jet card cost calculator to compare like with like.

Availability, peak days, cancellation and substitution

Program

Guaranteed availability is offered "with as little as 24 hours' notice, globally" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Program cancellation terms are not published (checked 2026-09-25).

Peak days

VistaJet's FAQ says Program membership "does not have peak days" (Provider-stated, retrieved 2026-09-26). Its 2026 Peak Days page lists 10 dates for US-region departures on its continental aircraft types, with separate lists for other regions and for Falcon 7X and Global types, but does not name a membership (Primary source, retrieved 2026-09-25).

The notice needed on those dates and any surcharge are not published (checked 2026-09-25). Ask VistaJet which list applies to your membership. See how peak days affect holiday flying.

VJ25

The VJ25 brochure states: "On Guaranteed Days, you can request a flight with as little as 24 hours' notice." It adds: "Access to the Vista Members' fleet on up to 40 High Demand Days per year will be as available, and subject to small premium." (Provider-stated). VistaJet's 2026 High Demand Days page lists 29 for US-region departures on continental types (Primary source, retrieved 2026-09-25).

VistaJet's Program page says VJ25 has "guaranteed flight availability on all non-peak and most peak days" (Provider-stated, retrieved 2026-09-26).

On cancellation, the brochure says: "Cancel at no cost outside the minimum booking notice — usually 24 hours." (Provider-stated)

Substitution and disruption

VistaJet's General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (Rev 20, September 2026) let the operator, in a force majeure event, "suspend or redirect the flight" and/or "provide the Passenger with another similar aircraft or cancel the flight" without further liability (clause 4.2, Primary source). Where the agreement for a membership such as the Program or VJ25 incorporates the GTCC's force majeure definition, clause 4.3 says the operator "shall not be deemed unable to fulfil its contractual obligations under the Membership unless such Force Majeure Event renders Operator … unable to arrange lawfully flight services to, from, and/or within two-thirds of the jurisdictions that fall within the Membership's service area for the contractually prescribed Force Majeure period (or if no such period, then ninety (90) days)" (Primary source). See how programs handle delays and substitutions.

Coverage and aircraft

VistaJet describes the Program's availability as global and says its passengers "have flown to over 2,400 airports in 96% of the world's countries" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).

Seat figures are VistaJet's highest listed seat count in each row (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Neither membership lists a light-jet category. On moving between categories, VistaJet's corporate page says it has selected aircraft in each cabin class to "ensure that you can choose the most cost-efficient option for every trip"; interchange rates are not published (checked 2026-09-25).

Financial safeguards

VistaJet's parent is Vista Global Holding Limited (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). For money paid into either membership, none of the following is published (checked 2026-09-25):

  • escrow or segregation of member payments (see escrow);
  • any parent or third-party guarantee of member balances;
  • refund rules for either membership.

Vista Global's investor reports are not public; they sit behind a log-in (checked 2026-09-25). See how to check a program's financial safeguards.

Editorial view: who it fits

PJReviews’ opinion, written from the labelled facts on this page.

Who VistaJet fits

On its published terms, VistaJet suits flyers who travel internationally and between continents and want one fleet across regions, and companies moving executives between the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. VJ25 suits those flying 25 to 49 hours a year who can commit for three years. It suits less well short-haul or light-jet flyers, anyone flying under 25 hours a year, and buyers who need published rates or an agreement to review before making an enquiry.

VistaJet publishes more about how its service runs than about what it costs. The carriage terms, the 2026 peak-day calendars and the VJ25 notice and cancellation rules are public; rates, fee amounts, refund rules and the membership agreements are not (checked 2026-09-25). A buyer therefore cannot compare VistaJet on cost from public documents, and has a multi-year VJ25 commitment to weigh.

The global, long-range fleet is the reason to look; get the agreement, a rate schedule and an answer on payment protection before you sign. The jet card comparison shows VistaJet's published terms beside other programs.

Not confirmed

We did not find these terms in VistaJet's public materials, or could not confirm them, as of September 26, 2026. That says nothing either way; ask the provider.

  • VistaJet Program: minimum purchase, minimum deposit, initiation fee, annual membership fee, term, hours or funds expire, refund policy, fuel surcharge, federal excise tax, taxi-time billing, round-trip discount, peak-day booking notice, peak days, peak-day surcharge, cancellation (standard), cancellation (peak days), guest use, empty legs, escrow or segregation of funds
  • VistaJet VJ25: minimum deposit, initiation fee, annual membership fee, hours or funds expire, refund policy, rate lock, fuel surcharge, federal excise tax, taxi-time billing, repositioning charges, round-trip discount, peak-day booking notice, cancellation (peak days), interchange between categories, guest use, empty legs, escrow or segregation of funds

What to confirm before you buy

  • The Program or VJ25 agreement and a rate schedule for each category you would fly.
  • Minimum annual hours, any deposit or advance payment, and whether any part is refundable.
  • Which charges are added to the hourly rate: excise tax, fuel, positioning, de-icing, taxi time, international fees.
  • Which Peak Days or High Demand Days list applies to your membership and departure region, whether flights on those days are guaranteed, the notice they need, and any premium.
  • For VJ25, what happens at the end of the three years and to unused hours beyond the 20% rollover.
  • Which company you contract with, which carrier operates each flight, and what protects your payments.

Questions

Does VistaJet have a jet card?

VJ25 is the closest: VistaJet's page title calls it a jet card membership, and its brochure describes a three-year plan for 25 to 49 flying hours a year (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). The VistaJet Program is a separate membership at a fixed hourly rate. Neither price is published (checked 2026-09-25).

How much does a VistaJet membership cost?

VistaJet does not publish rates, deposits or fee amounts; both memberships are sold by enquiry (checked 2026-09-25). Ask for the agreement and a rate schedule.

How much notice does VistaJet need?

As little as 24 hours for the Program and on VJ25 Guaranteed Days (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).

Does VistaJet have peak days?

VistaJet's FAQ says Program membership "does not have peak days" (Provider-stated, retrieved 2026-09-26), while its 2026 Peak Days page lists 10 US-region dates without naming a membership (Primary source, retrieved 2026-09-25). VJ25 has High Demand Days: 29 for US-region departures in 2026 (Primary source, retrieved 2026-09-25) and up to 40 a year under its brochure (Provider-stated). Ask VistaJet which list applies to your membership.
