How the Jet Linx jet card works
Members pay an initiation fee and dues, then pay per flight. Jet Linx's Jet Card Membership page lists "Fleet Access: Entire Jet Linx Fleet", from light jets to heavy jets, a "Personal Flight Concierge" and a "Personal Account Manager", and local base teams (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).
Who operates card flights. According to Jet Linx, card flights use "a closed fleet of aircraft under the operational control of Jet Linx" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-26). The FAA's Air Operator 14 CFR Search lists Jet Linx Aviation, LLC as holding a Part 135 certificate (Primary source, retrieved 2026-09-26). The card page does not name the company members contract with.
Pricing and fees: stated terms, no published amounts
Jet Linx states these pricing terms but publishes no amounts (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25):
- An initiation fee and annual dues.
- A "12-Month Rate Lock": "guaranteed fixed hourly rates locked for 12 months" (rate lock).
- "no peak day surcharges".
- "No Reposition Fees" on the card page. A Jet Linx blog post dated 2026-06-03 words it more narrowly: "no repositioning fees on Jet Linx-operated flights". Repositioning is flying the empty aircraft to your departure point; plan around the narrower wording until the agreement says otherwise.
- "Round Trip Rates", with no discount amount published.
Not published (checked 2026-09-26): hourly rates, the initiation fee and dues amounts, whether a fuel surcharge or federal excise tax is added, taxi time, de-icing, international fees and daily minimums.
Headline versus effective cost
Fixed annual dues cost more per flight hour the less you fly: spread over 20 hours a year, they add three times as much to each hour as they do over 60. Then ask how fuel and the 7.5% federal excise tax on taxable air transportation (26 U.S.C. §4261(a)) are billed, and model your trips in the jet card cost calculator.
Availability, notice and peak days
Guarantee. The card page lists "Guaranteed Availability 24/7/365 for all aircraft sizes" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Jet Linx does not publish a guaranteed callout, the notice within which an aircraft is promised (checked 2026-09-26).
Two-hour notice. Its FAQ says: "Jet Card Members can book with as little as a 2-hour notice, depending on aircraft availability and trip details" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-26). That is a minimum that depends on availability, not a promise of an aircraft at two hours' notice.
Peak days. A Jet Linx blog post dated 2026-08-03 says "there are no peak travel surcharges and no blackout dates" (Provider-stated). Blackout dates are days when the guarantee or fixed rate does not apply. Jet Linx publishes no count of peak days and no peak-day notice or cancellation rule (checked 2026-09-26), so ask whether any dates carry different terms.
Recovery and cancellation. Jet Linx lists "Guaranteed Recovery" with a "Price lock for any backup aircraft" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Cancellation terms are not published (checked 2026-09-26); see what cancellation policies mean.
Pets. A Jet Linx blog post dated 2026-04-15 says pets travel in the cabin with their owners and "Pets always fly free with Jet Linx, so there are no extra pet fees added to the trip" (Provider-stated).
Coverage and aircraft
Jet Linx lists 22 US bases with private terminals (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25): Atlanta, Austin, Boca Raton, Boston (Bedford), Chicago (Wheeling), Dallas, Denver (Englewood), Detroit (Waterford Township), Fort Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Miami (Opa-locka), Minneapolis (Eden Prairie), Nashville, New York (Teterboro), Omaha, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Scottsdale, St. Louis, Tulsa and Washington D.C. (Sterling). It also states "access to over 5,000 domestic airports" and "service to 180+ countries internationally". Its fleet page lists (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25):
| Category | Example aircraft | Passengers, up to |
|---|---|---|
| Light | Phenom 300/300E, Citation CJ3/CJ3+/CJ4, Nextant | 7 |
| Midsize | Citation XLS/XLS+/XLS Gen 2, Hawker 800XP/900XP, Learjet 45/60 | 8 |
| Super-midsize | Challenger 300/350, Citation Sovereign/X, Gulfstream G200/G280 | 8 |
| Heavy (large) | Challenger 604/605, Falcon 7X, Falcon 900EX, Falcon 2000, Gulfstream G-IVSP | 12 |
The fleet page also lists "Guaranteed Wifi" for super-midsize and heavy jets.

Editorial view: who it fits
PJReviews’ opinion, written from the labelled facts on this page.
Who the Jet Linx jet card fits
On its published terms, the membership suits flyers near one of the 22 bases who value a local terminal and team and want fixed hourly rates without prepaying hours. No minimum hours and no peak-day surcharges suit irregular flying, though fixed dues cost more per hour the less you fly. It suits less well flyers far from a base, and buyers who want published rates and terms first.
Jet Linx says there are no minimum hours, peak-day surcharges or blackout dates, and no repositioning fees on its own flights, and it offers a 12-month rate lock and a price lock on backup aircraft. No public agreement sets these out, and Jet Linx publishes no fee amounts, hourly rates, fuel or tax treatment, or cancellation terms (checked 2026-09-26). Ask for the fee schedule and agreement before comparing it in the jet card comparison.
Not confirmed
We did not find these terms in Jet Linx's public materials, or could not confirm them, as of September 26, 2026. That says nothing either way; ask the provider.
- Jet Card Membership: minimum deposit, initiation fee, annual membership fee, term, hours or funds expire, refund policy, fuel surcharge, federal excise tax, taxi-time billing, peak-day booking notice, peak days, cancellation (standard), cancellation (peak days), guest use, empty legs, parent company, escrow or segregation of funds
What to confirm before you buy
- The fee schedule and membership agreement: initiation fee, annual dues, whether any deposit is taken, whether fees are refundable, and the membership term.
- The hourly rate for each aircraft type or category, and whether a fuel surcharge and the 7.5% federal excise tax are added.
- The guaranteed callout for your usual routes, as distinct from the two-hour minimum, and any dates with longer notice.
- Cancellation terms, what triggers "Guaranteed Recovery", and who operates a backup aircraft.
- Whether "No Reposition Fees" covers every flight, including any not operated by Jet Linx, and how trips starting far from a base or abroad are priced.
- Which company you sign the membership agreement with.
