How flyExclusive Jet Club works
You fund an account; flights are charged against it. On its Jet Club page, flyExclusive calls the deposit flight credit, "not a fee", and says "Funds Never Expire" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). Membership is "evergreen" (Provider-stated, 2026-04-16).
flyExclusive says the two tiers have "the same service and the same pricing structure"; they differ in deposit and peak-date access (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25):
- Jet Club: from $100,000, with "guaranteed fleet access 330 days a year".
- Jet Club Plus: from $200,000, with "Access on peak booking dates (365 days/year)".
Members can fly any aircraft in the light, midsize and super-midsize fleet, and pricing is "built around a daily and hourly rate" (Provider-stated). The two tiers are part of "Jet Club 2026", launched on 2026-04-16 (Provider-stated); the annual report filed on 2026-03-05 described the earlier clubs as carrying a monthly membership fee and a 24-month term (Primary source).
flyExclusive also states that "pets fly free on every flight" and that members can book, track the aircraft and check their balance in its app (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).
Pricing and fees: what flyExclusive states and what it leaves out
flyExclusive publishes no Jet Club hourly or daily rates (Not published, checked 2026-09-25). Figures reported in the trade press are not reproduced here; ask flyExclusive for its current rate sheet. Its relaunch release of 2026-04-16 lists what its pricing leaves out and locks in (Provider-stated):
- "No monthly membership fee" and "No late-night or regional surcharges"
- "No taxi time billing" (taxi time)
- "all-in pricing with no fuel surcharge"
- "Federal Excise Tax included in all quoted rates"; federal excise tax includes a 7.5% tax on the amount paid for taxable transportation of a person (26 U.S.C. §4261(a))
- member rates locked "for 24 months from the time of deposit" (rate lock)
Headline versus effective cost
flyExclusive says the daily-plus-hourly structure rewards members who fly longer trips or several legs in one day (Provider-stated, 2026-04-16). A per-day charge makes the cost per flight hour depend on hours flown that day. Hypothetically, at $4,000 an hour plus $2,000 per day (round numbers, not flyExclusive's prices), a one-hour day costs $6,000 per flight hour and a four-hour day $4,500. Model your trips in the jet card cost calculator.
Availability, booking notice and cancellation
Guaranteed availability runs 330 days a year on Jet Club and 365 days, including peak booking dates, on Jet Club Plus (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). The Jet Club page does not list which dates fall outside Jet Club's 330 (checked 2026-09-26). See how peak days affect holiday flying.
Notice. Not stated on the Jet Club page or in the April 2026 relaunch release (checked 2026-09-26). Ask for the standard and peak-date callout in writing.
Cancellation. Not published, and we did not find the Jet Club agreement in flyExclusive's public materials (checked 2026-09-25). See what jet card cancellation policies mean.
Who flies the trip. flyExclusive states: "All flights are operated by Exclusive Jets, LLC dba flyExclusive FAA Air Carrier certificate number 3EJA805N, or by an approved vendor air carrier" (Private Jet Safety & Certification page, Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). The FAA record for that certificate appears on this page.
Coverage and aircraft
flyExclusive gives these examples for Jet Club's three categories (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). There is no large-cabin category.
| Category | Example aircraft | Seats |
|---|---|---|
| Light | Cessna Citation CJ3+ | Up to 6 |
| Midsize | Cessna Citation Excel/XLS | Up to 8 |
| Super-midsize | Bombardier Challenger 350 | Up to 8 |
The FAA's Part 135 list file dated 2026-09-28 shows 73 aircraft on the certificate of flyExclusive's operating subsidiary (Primary source). Its international page describes "on-demand, point-to-point, international and long-range service to the Americas, Europe, Asia and beyond" (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25); ask how Jet Club funds and rates apply to those trips.
Financial safeguards for your deposit
flyExclusive, Inc. is listed on NYSE American (FLYX). Its filings call it "a holding company that has no material assets other than its ownership in LGM Enterprises, LLC" (Primary source).
- Refunds. The Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 2026-06-30, filed 2026-08-12, states: "The initial and all subsequent deposits to replenish the member's account are non-refundable." (Primary source)
- Escrow. Not published. We found no statement that deposits are held in escrow or a segregated account, and no stated guarantee of member balances (checked 2026-09-25).
See how to check a program's financial safeguards before you prepay.
Former Volato and Jet.AI card holders
- Volato. Volato Group's 2024 annual report, filed 2025-03-31, states that flyExclusive "assumed liabilities for insider cards". Its Form 10-Q filed 2026-08-14 says: "In the fourth quarter of 2024, we transferred our aircraft lease agreements to flyExclusive and have no further obligations under the aircraft lease agreements or control over flight operations." The same 10-Q says Volato "has retained insider card liabilities of $0.1 million as of June 30, 2026" (Primary source).
- Jet.AI. Jet.AI's Form 8-K filed 2026-07-17 reports that on 2026-07-13 it completed the disposition of its "fractional and jet card business" to flyExclusive, via a spin-off to Jet.AI SpinCo, Inc. and merger with a flyExclusive subsidiary. flyExclusive's 8-K reports SpinCo as a wholly owned subsidiary (Primary source).
We did not find flyExclusive terms for former Jet.AI card holders (checked 2026-09-25). Former holders of either card should ask flyExclusive in writing how their balance now applies; Volato holders should also ask Volato.

Editorial view: who it fits
PJReviews’ opinion, written from the labelled facts on this page.
Who Jet Club fits
On its published terms, Jet Club suits flyers who fly light to super-midsize jets, often fly long days or several legs a day, which spreads a per-day charge over more hours, and are content for the deposit to be used on flights rather than refunded. It suits less well anyone who needs a large cabin, wants a refundable deposit, or needs published rates, notice periods and cancellation terms before comparing programs. If you fly on holidays and peak dates, only Jet Club Plus states access on all 365 days, at twice the entry deposit.
Jet Club's published terms list few add-ons: no membership fee, no taxi-time billing, no fuel surcharge, excise tax included and a 24-month rate lock, all provider-stated. Once you have the rates, that makes an invoice easier to predict.
The limitation is that flyExclusive publishes no rates, cancellation terms or Jet Club agreement (checked 2026-09-25), and its Jet Club page and relaunch release state no notice period (checked 2026-09-26). Entry also comes with a non-refundable deposit and, on the $100,000 tier, access on 330 days rather than all 365 (Provider-stated).
Get the agreement and rate sheet in writing, and read flyExclusive's latest Form 10-Q, before you fund an account. The jet card comparison shows Jet Club beside other programs.
Not confirmed
We did not find these terms in flyExclusive's public materials, or could not confirm them, as of September 25, 2026. That says nothing either way; ask the provider.
- flyExclusive Jet Club: initiation fee, repositioning charges, round-trip discount, standard booking notice, peak-day booking notice, peak days, peak-day surcharge, cancellation (standard), cancellation (peak days), aircraft substitution, guest use, empty legs, escrow or segregation of funds
- flyExclusive Jet Club Plus: initiation fee, repositioning charges, round-trip discount, standard booking notice, peak-day booking notice, peak days, peak-day surcharge, cancellation (standard), cancellation (peak days), aircraft substitution, guest use, empty legs, escrow or segregation of funds

What to confirm before you buy
- The current agreement and rate sheet: the hourly rate and per-day charge for each category.
- Cancellation terms on standard and peak days.
- The notice period under the current agreement, the dates outside Jet Club's 330 days, and whether shorter-notice bookings are possible and at what cost.
- What the 24-month rate lock covers when you add funds later, and what applies after it.
- Whether your deposit is held in escrow or a segregated account.
- Which carrier operates each flight, which areas the rates cover, and how international trips are priced.
Questions
How much does flyExclusive Jet Club cost?
Entry starts at a $100,000 deposit for Jet Club and $200,000 for Jet Club Plus, with no monthly or annual fee (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25). flyExclusive publishes no hourly or daily rates (checked 2026-09-25), so ask for the current rate sheet before you commit.
Is the Jet Club deposit refundable?
No. flyExclusive's Form 10-Q filed 2026-08-12 states that deposits "are non-refundable". flyExclusive says the funds never expire (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).
What is the difference between Jet Club and Jet Club Plus?
The deposit and peak-date access: $100,000 for 330 days a year, or $200,000 for all 365 including peak dates. flyExclusive says service and pricing structure are the same (Provider-stated, 2026-09-25).
How far ahead do you need to book a Jet Club flight?
Neither flyExclusive's Jet Club page nor its April 2026 relaunch release states a notice period (checked 2026-09-26). Ask for the standard and peak-date notice in writing before you fund an account.
