ICC JET, ООО

ICC JET is a business and commercial aviation company that combines charter brokerage with aircraft transaction and legal services. The listing on file places it in Kyiv, Ukraine. Its current website, published in Russian and English, gives a Turkish contact number, and its charter pages focus on Istanbul and Almaty, so the company's present base is unclear.

On the charter side, the company arranges on-demand business jet flights, urgent departures, cargo charter, and longer-term dry or ACMI leases. It says it can source from close to 100 business jets based at airports around the world, which points to third-party operators rather than its own fleet.

Its other services cover aircraft sourcing and sales, technical and legal pre-purchase inspections, escrow, aircraft management, company formation, aircraft registration in jurisdictions such as Aruba, the Isle of Man, Malta and San Marino, and aircraft financing. It also lists helicopter sales.
