Ankara-based air taxi and private jet operator flying Gulfstream aircraft
Zafer Air, the trading name of Zafer Havacılık A.Ş., is a Turkish air taxi and private jet charter operator. Aviation data provider ch-aviation lists the company under the code HMZ with Ankara Esenboğa Airport as its base.
Unlike a broker, Zafer Air holds its own air operator certificate. Its website presents the business as a private flight and air taxi company and includes sections on its aircraft and cabin offering.
According to an August 2025 ch-aviation report, the Zafer Air AOC covers Gulfstream GIV-SP aircraft and three Gulfstream G450s, one of which is operated on behalf of the Kyrgyz government. The same report noted that one GIV-SP previously flown under the Zafer Air certificate had moved to another Turkish operator, so the current fleet count may differ.
Flyers looking at heavy-jet charter out of Ankara can contact the company directly to confirm aircraft availability and the current fleet.
