Cil Aviation

Cil Aviation, trading legally as Çil Havacılık Tic. Ltd. Şti., is a general aviation services company located in Hangar 13 at the General Aviation Terminal of Istanbul Atatürk Airport, in the Bakırköy district.

Its main activity is hangar services. The company says it runs a hangar of about 1,500 square metres with a 400-square-metre office, with staff handling day-to-day hangar operations and security, and a camera system covering the facility. A cleaning team handles interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft, both in the hangar and on the apron.

For clients who want to fly, the company says it draws on a worldwide network of more than 500 aircraft owners to find a suitable aircraft and checks technical records before offering it. It does not claim to operate its own aircraft, so these flights are arranged with third-party owners and operators.

Cil Aviation also helps owners sell aircraft, working with partner companies in Turkey and abroad. The website states that its personnel have around 15 years of work experience but lists no certifications.
