Sparfell

Sparfell is a business aviation group that started in Geneva, Switzerland, which remains the location on file for its head office. It combines aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales in one organisation.

The group operates aircraft under several European air operator certificates. Luxembourg press reports that its Luxembourg certificate is its fourth in Europe, following San Marino, Malta and Austria. The Austrian business came from its purchase of LaudaMotion Executive, the business aviation company founded by Niki Lauda, which was renamed Sparfell Luftfahrt.

According to the same report, the group's managed and charter fleet numbers more than 30 aircraft and five helicopters. Its charter fleet includes Gulfstream G500 jets, one of which, delivered in 2025, is based at Paris-Le Bourget and seats 14 passengers.

Sparfell has an office at Luxembourg Airport Center as well as its Austrian operating company near Vienna. Because it holds its own operating certificates, charter flights on its managed aircraft are operated by group companies, though flyers should confirm the operating entity for each trip.

Owners can use the group for management of an aircraft, placing it on charter, or buying and selling aircraft through its sales team.
