Global Jet is a privately owned business aviation group headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded in 2000, is still led by its founders and says it employs more than 600 people. Its offices include Geneva, Luxembourg, Monaco, Paris, Madrid, Vienna, Hong Kong, Dubai, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Aruba.
The group offers private jet charter and brokerage, aircraft management, aircraft sales and acquisitions, and design and completion management for new or refurbished aircraft.
Its managed fleet covers more than 35 aircraft types. Aircraft are flown under air operator certificates held by group subsidiaries such as Global Jet Luxembourg, Global Jet Austria, Global Jet Isle of Man and Global Jet Aruba; trade press notes the group does not hold a Swiss AOC. Global Jet Luxembourg, based at Luxembourg Airport, operates large-cabin Gulfstream types among others.
The company's news page lists a renewed Wyvern Wingman registration for its Luxembourg operation. Flyers can ask which subsidiary and certificate will operate a specific charter.
Although the listing on file names helicopter charter, the company's website describes business jet services and does not mention helicopters.
