Independent private jet charter broker with offices in Puebla, Bonn and Budapest
Call a Jet is a family-run private jet charter broker. Its Mexican website lists office addresses in Puebla, Mexico, as well as Bonn, Germany and Budapest, Hungary; the callajet.mx domain now redirects to the company's German site.
The company is not an airline or operator. It compares operators and aircraft for each request and arranges the flight with a third-party operator, without requiring membership, jet cards or upfront commitments.
It says it has access to around 12,000 aircraft and handles roughly 1,000 flights a year. Its site also publishes a large list of empty-leg (ferry) flights and shows aircraft such as the Citation CJ2 and Pilatus PC-12 NGX as examples. Short-notice requests are handled around the clock, and pets are accepted in the cabin.
Call a Jet states it has been active since 2008. The site lists no operator safety audits or certifications, so flyers may wish to ask which operator will fly a quoted trip.
