Numen Aviation is a private aviation brokerage working out of Toluca International Airport (MMTO), the main business aviation airport serving the Mexico City area. It also lists an office in Cuajimalpa, Mexico City, and a US office address in Houston, Texas. Óscar Cadena is named as founder and managing director.
The company says plainly that it does not own aircraft. It books flights with third-party operators certified by Mexico's aviation authority, AFAC, and compares several of them for each trip. Services include on-demand jet and turboprop charter, helicopter charter, empty-leg flights, group charters, cargo flights and air ambulance trips. It also advises on buying and selling aircraft, including pre-purchase inspections and market analysis.
The fleet page shows aircraft types such as the Hawker 800, Learjet 45 and Learjet 75. These belong to partner operators, not to Numen. The company says its operator network covers everything from light turboprops to long-range business jets.
Most flights leave from Toluca and go to destinations across Mexico, the United States, the Caribbean and Central America. The company says it handles AFAC permits, customs and immigration for international trips. It also says it checks each operator's insurance, certifications and crew records before booking.
Before booking, flyers should ask which operator and certificate will actually fly the trip, because Numen acts only as the broker.
