Jet Aviation Malta

Jet Aviation Malta is the Malta office of Jet Aviation, an international business aviation services group. According to the company's location page, the Malta office has handled aircraft management, charter and operations since 2017.

The office serves two main audiences. Aircraft owners can place their aircraft under Jet Aviation management, and charter clients can book flights on managed aircraft that are made available for hire. The page lists separate phone lines for management and charter.

Aviation trade press reported in December 2017 that Jet Aviation obtained a Maltese air operator certificate, adding to its existing certificates in Zurich and Cologne, and that a Boeing Business Jet was the first aircraft operated under it. An EU-based certificate gives owners more choice in aircraft registration. The aircraft currently on the Maltese certificate were not confirmed during research and should be checked directly.

Jet Aviation says it brings more than 40 years of global experience to its aircraft ownership services. Flyers interested in charter should ask which aircraft are currently available from the Malta operation and where they are based, since managed aircraft may be positioned outside Malta.
