Vip Airtrans Kft. is a Hungarian company registered in Pécs, Baranya county. Its bilingual English and Hungarian website presented it as a provider of private air travel for business and leisure.
The company offered charters across several aircraft categories: private jets for medium and long range trips, turboprops for short runways and shorter sectors, piston aircraft for short hops and grass strips, helicopters for point-to-point travel, and airliners for sports teams and other groups. It also sold gift cards. The site stated that flights could reach more than 40,000 destinations worldwide, from international hubs to small regional airfields.
The website did not list its own aircraft or an operating certificate, so flights should be assumed to be arranged with third-party operators. Requests were taken through an online flight search and quote form and by phone. A phone number in Hungary was the main published contact.
At the time of writing the company's website hosting is suspended, so flyers should contact the company by phone to confirm it is still taking bookings, and ask which operator and aircraft would fly a quoted trip before confirming.
