German business jet operator and charter group based at Stuttgart Airport
ProAir is a German private aviation group made up of two companies: ProAir-Charter-Transport GmbH and ProAir Aviation GmbH. Its headquarters are at Stuttgart Airport in Filderstadt, and it also lists an office at Berlin Airport in Wildau. The group says it has been active as a service provider since 1996.
ProAir Aviation GmbH is an air operator licensed by Germany's Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA); an industry source gives its AOC number as D-150 EG. ProAir-Charter-Transport acts as the group's charter arm, so some flights may be arranged on other operators' aircraft.
Services listed on the group's website include business jet charter, group charter, cargo and logistics flights, and aircraft management and sales. Through a programme called ProAir ONE, owners can place their own aircraft on the company's commercial operation.
On fleet, the website highlights a HondaJet HA-420 and a Bombardier Global 5500 among recent additions. A January 2025 ch-aviation report put the fleet at 32 aircraft, including Citation jets, Phenoms, King Air B260s and PC-12s, and noted the Global 5500 marked a return to Bombardier operations.
For flyers, the main distinction is that ProAir operates aircraft under its own German certificate as well as arranging charters, which allows it to quote both from its managed fleet and from the wider market.
