Windrose Air Jetcharter GmbH is a German business aviation company based at the general aviation terminal of Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), at Georg-Wulf-Strasse 3 in Schönefeld. Its website says it has been active for almost 30 years.

The company offers private jet charter, aircraft management for owners covering operations, maintenance and charter marketing, and flight operations consulting, including advice on buying and selling aircraft. Its website does not mention helicopter services, despite the helicopter category on this listing.

Windrose Air holds its own air operator certificate. Aviation data provider ch-aviation reported in March 2025 that the company was adding a Phenom 100EV, based at Schönhagen, and a Citation CJ2, based at BER, to its certificate. The same report listed a Citation CJ4, Citation XLS+, two Challenger 300s, a Global Express XRS and a Pilatus PC-24 in the fleet, plus a Praetor 600 not available for charter.

With aircraft from very light jets to a long-range Global Express, the operator can cover short European hops as well as longer trips. Flyers should confirm which aircraft are currently on the certificate and available for charter.
