Palm Beach boat show 2027 dates and hours

The show runs for five days, Wednesday through Sunday, in mid-March, the same pattern as recent editions. The show overview says it has run since 1982, is owned by the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County and is produced by Informa Markets. The organizer expects "more than $1.2 billion worth of yachts and accessories" on display, with boats from 8-foot inflatables to superyachts nearly 300 feet long, and reports more than 55,000 visitors in previous years. The organizer's FAQ lists the hours as noon to 7pm on Wednesday, March 17, 10am to 7pm Thursday through Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday, March 21. Check them again shortly before you set flight times.

Palm Beach boat show tickets and the VIP option

The organizer sells two main ticket types, and both were marked "coming soon" when we checked. General admission covers the Flagler Drive show. The Windward VIP ticket adds the Windward VIP Club in the Lakeside Pavilion, open Wednesday through Sunday during show hours, with an open bar and food, complimentary golf cart transport, and one hour of early access through the Banyan Entrance only. Guests must be 18 or older to enter the VIP club. According to the Superyacht Show page, access to the Superyacht Show at Palm Harbor Marina is included with both VIP and general admission tickets.

Two practical points from the same FAQ: boarding a vessel is at the discretion of the exhibitor, manufacturer or broker, so serious buyers should book appointments directly, and the show is "rain or shine," with ticket sales final unless the event is cancelled.

Getting around and hotels near the Palm Beach boat show

The parking page lists municipal garages and private lots in downtown West Palm Beach, several of them weekend-only or valet-only, and a free system of shuttles and golf carts around the show. For rooms, the organizer names onPeak as its official hotel provider on the homepage. If you are flying in, a car service from the airport to a show entrance is usually simpler than parking downtown.

Airports near the show: what to discuss with your provider

The county's main airport is President Donald J. Trump International Airport, run by the Palm Beach County Department of Airports. Its about page places it "2.5 miles west of downtown West Palm Beach" and says its U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility can handle 300 passengers per hour. The same page puts Boca Raton about 20 miles to the south.

Boca Raton Airport describes itself as serving "the recreational, corporate, and flight training needs of the community," averaging over 83,000 operations a year, with two full-service FBOs, an air traffic control tower and a customs facility. It is a longer drive to Flagler Drive but may suit guests staying in Boca Raton. Neither airport's pages address show week, and we make no claim about parking or handling during it. See our pages for West Palm Beach and Boca Raton for providers in each area.

What to confirm with your provider

• Which airport does the provider suggest for your aircraft and hotel, and how long is the drive to the show at the hours you plan to arrive?
• Has aircraft parking been confirmed for your dates, or will the aircraft reposition between legs?
• If you are arriving from abroad, where will you clear customs, and is it available at your arrival time?
• Who arranges the ground transfer to a show entrance, and where can the car drop off?
• How would a late departure on Sunday, March 21, change the quote?
• What are the change and cancellation terms if the show hours or your plans shift?
