Venues, hours and the Aircraft Connection
NBAA's program page lists indoor exhibit hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21; and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22. The Aircraft Connection, NBAA's outdoor showcase at Henderson Executive Airport, 3500 Executive Terminal Drive, Henderson, opens from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the organizer, "Free shuttle buses run every 30 minutes between the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and Henderson Executive Airport (HND)." A BLADE helicopter shuttle is also listed, with booking details that "will be available closer to the event."
The Aircraft Connection directory notes that aircraft "will be added as they continue to be confirmed." On October 1 it listed models including the Gulfstream G700 and G800, Bombardier Global 8000, Dassault Falcon 6X, Pilatus PC-24 and Cessna Citation Longitude; the line-up may change. Boarding is not automatic: "Access and permission to board individual aircraft is managed solely by the exhibitor or aircraft representative. Pre-scheduled appointments are recommended for most aircraft." If a purchase is on your mind, see What to Check Before Buying a Used Private Jet.
Registration, prices and who can attend
Attendance is by paid registration. The registration page states: "Register to attend the 2026 NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas through the secure online registration system." As shown on that page on October 1, 2026, full registration for non-members is $900 at the regular rate and $1,030 late or on-site after October 19; NBAA members pay $580 and $710. A Last Day Only badge for Thursday, October 22, costs $170 and does not include the Aircraft Connection. NBAA charges a $50 processing fee on cancellations received in writing by October 9, 2026, and gives no refunds after that date. Prices and cancellation terms are NBAA's and can change; confirm them on the registration page before you book.
NBAA's participant agreement states that "Children less than 12 years old are not permitted in exhibit areas under any circumstances," and children 12 and older need a badge and a legal guardian with them at all times. Participants may be asked for government-issued photo identification, and badges are not transferable.
Flying in: the Las Vegas parking program
The FAA's domestic notice for the convention, published September 15, 2026, puts special air traffic procedures in effect for the Las Vegas area from 1400Z on October 15 until 0600Z on October 23. It sets a special event parking program for arrivals and departures, including drop-and-go operations, at Harry Reid International (LAS), Henderson Executive (HND) and North Las Vegas (VGT) from October 15 to 23. Operators without a parking-program reservation, the notice says, "should expect significant delays in and out of the area with the possibility of denial of service." It also states that Henderson Executive Airport is requiring reservations for all parking, drop-off and pick-up operations over those dates, and that no air traffic slot reservations are required. The notice lists exemptions from the parking program, so ask your operator how it applies to your flight. NBAA's own travel page gives different Henderson reservation dates from the FAA notice, which this article follows; confirm dates and terms with your operator.
What to confirm with your provider
- Has the operator secured a special event parking reservation at your arrival airport, and does it cover the drop-off, the pick-up and any time the aircraft stays on the ground?
- Which of the three participating airports suits your schedule, and how will you get to the convention center and to Henderson?
- How much margin should you allow for departure delays during the show week, and how would a delay affect your quote?
- Will the aircraft wait in Las Vegas or reposition between legs, and what does each option cost?
- If you want to tour exhibitor aircraft, have you booked appointments with the exhibitors in advance?
