Online private jet charter booking platform based in Velden am Wörthersee, Austria
AlbaJet Charter GmbH is an Austrian company founded in 2019. It is based at Villacher Straße 26 in Velden am Wörthersee, Carinthia, and is registered in the Austrian company register under FN 512330 b. The company website names Oliver Smith-Aichbichler as founder and managing director.
AlbaJet runs an online booking platform for private jet charter. Users can search and compare prices for one-way, round-trip and multi-leg flights, and request non-binding quotes. The site also lists empty-leg flights at reduced prices.
The company does not present itself as an aircraft operator. It says its search covers more than 5,000 private jets worldwide, and flights are arranged with third-party operators. Flyers can ask which operator and aircraft are confirmed for a booking.
AlbaJet states that it is a member of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA). Its German-language website is aimed mainly at clients in Austria and Germany, but the platform covers destinations worldwide.
