Air charter, cargo and aircraft management from Lusaka, Zambia
Corporate Air is an air charter company with its head office at Hangar 6A, Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, Lusaka, Zambia. It describes itself as a licensed charter company serving Zambia and Southern Africa, and its site presents the aircraft as its own fleet.
The fleet listed on its site is made up of piston twins, single-engine types and turboprops. These are a Beechcraft King Air 360, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, a Cessna 421 Golden Eagle, a Cessna 404 Titan, a Cessna 401, a Piper Chieftain, a Cessna 210, a Cessna 206 and a Cessna 182. Listed cabins range from small singles up to 11 seats in the King Air. Its site meta description gives a range of 4 to 12 seats.
Alongside passenger charter, the company offers aircraft management and air cargo. One specialist cargo line flies day-old chicks around the SADC region in a Grand Caravan registered 9J-EGG. A sister business, Corporate Air Maintenance Limited, says it has done maintenance, inspection and rebuild work on small and medium aircraft since 2013, as a maintenance organisation approved by the Zambia Civil Aviation Authority.
The aircraft suit regional business trips and access to bush strips and safari areas, rather than long-range jet travel. The site does not name the air operator certificate behind its charter flights.
