This listing, titled in Vietnamese as a premium private jet rental service, points to the Fly VIP Air website and gives an address in Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2025, aviation trade press named Fly VIP Air as the trading name of Vietstar Airlines, an operator providing private jet and air ambulance flights from Ho Chi Minh City.

In July 2019 the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam granted Vietstar Airlines an air operator certificate allowing commercial flights. Vietnamese state media described it then as the first multi-role company in the country permitted to operate business jets.

The fleet approved at the time comprised an Embraer Legacy 600 large-cabin jet with up to 13 seats and a Beechcraft King Air B300 turboprop with eight seats. Vietstar said it planned to add more aircraft. Its stated activities included VIP passenger flights, domestic and international medical evacuation, and aircraft maintenance.

Vietnam has very few business jets available for charter, so a locally certificated operator may be one of the few in-country options for flights from Tan Son Nhat (SGN). Flyers should confirm with the company which aircraft are currently in service before booking.
