Part 135 jet operator and FBO at Zelienople, Pennsylvania, with charter and fractional
Private Jet Center (PJC) is a business aviation company at Zelienople Municipal Airport (KPJC), north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Trade press reports that the business was previously known as Pittsburgh Jet Center, an FBO and Part 135 operator, and took the Private Jet Center name in 2021 after Jets.com took an equity stake.
PJC holds its own Part 135 certificate and flies charter on its managed fleet. According to ch-aviation, as of mid-2025 that fleet was mainly Cessna Citation types, including Citation CJ3 and CJ4 Gen2, six Citation XLS and a Citation Sovereign, plus a Challenger 604. The same report notes that a G280 and a G450 shown on the company's website did not appear on FAA Part 135 records at the time, so flyers should confirm which aircraft is assigned to a trip.
Beyond on-demand charter, the company markets jet card memberships under the BluSelect and BluLuxe names, aircraft management under BluCraft, and a fractional co-ownership program called BluShare. BluShare launched in 2025 with two new nine-seat Citation XLS Gen2 jets, with PJC handling maintenance, crew scheduling and operations.
The company's website shows an ARGUS Platinum rating. Its network and charter service cover trips across the United States from its western Pennsylvania base.
