Priester Aviation - Private Jet Charter

Priester Aviation is a private aviation company headquartered at Chicago Executive Airport (KPWK/PWK) in Wheeling, Illinois. The family-run business traces its history to 1945 and says it has served clients for more than 75 years.

The company operates on-demand charter and sells a prepaid jet card (the 1945 Jet Card, starting at 25 hours). It also manages aircraft for owners under Part 91 or Part 135, giving owners the option to place their aircraft on its charter certificate to offset costs, and provides aircraft maintenance and flight department services.

Charter is flown on a mix of light, midsize, super-midsize and large-cabin business jets as well as turboprops, many of them owner aircraft under management. ch-aviation reported in April 2024 that the group, including sister carriers Mayo Aviation and Hill Private Aviation, owned and managed more than 80 aircraft.

Besides the Chicago home base serving the Midwest, the group has a Rocky Mountain presence at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport through Mayo Aviation, acquired in 2022, and an Atlanta operation through Hill Private Aviation, acquired in 2023. The group's naming has changed more than once since these acquisitions.
