Exclusive Charter Service, Inc.

Exclusive Charter Service, Inc., which trades as ECS Jets, is a private jet charter broker with an office at Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. The company says it has been in business for more than 18 years.

ECS Jets states that it does not own or operate any aircraft and is not an air carrier. It arranges flights with third-party operators certificated by the FAA under Part 135, and those operators are responsible for the flights they fly. Clients are assigned a personal aviation advisor.

Its main service is on-demand charter, including one-way trips and empty-leg flights. The website groups available aircraft into eight size categories and labels them by age band (new, standard and older), which helps flyers compare cabin size and aircraft age when requesting a quote.

Alongside charter, ECS Jets lists aircraft sales and a concierge service that covers ground transport, 24/7 flight tracking and weather monitoring. Yacht charter is offered through a partner website.

On safety, the company says it gives preference to operators that meet ARGUS and Wyvern standards. As with any broker, flyers can ask which carrier will operate a trip and check that carrier's certificate before booking.
