Part 135 jet charter, aircraft management and FBO at Tulsa International (KTUL)
United States Aviation, which also uses the name United States Aviation Co, is an aviation business at Tulsa International Airport (KTUL) in Oklahoma. The company says it has served business aviation since 1999. It describes its work as four business divisions, and also lists government contracting on its website.
Its charter division holds a Part 135 certificate with worldwide operating authority, so it operates flights itself rather than only booking third-party aircraft. The company says this division focuses on ultra-long-range international trips. Images on its website show a Gulfstream G550, registered N1HC, used for charter. Flyers should confirm which aircraft are available for their trip.
The company also offers aircraft management. It tells owners it can charter their aircraft out when they are not using it, to earn income that offsets costs.
At KTUL it runs a full-service FBO (fixed-base operator, the airport business that handles fuel and ground services for private aircraft) that is open 24/7. The company says it is Tulsa's only 24/7 full-service FBO with Conference Aircraft Association (CAA) preferred status. FBO services include fuel sales and amenities for pilots and passengers.
A separate division, Black Hawk Heavy Lift, has its own website. It uses Black Hawk helicopters to lift loads of up to 8,000 pounds for contractors, manufacturers and service companies. This is external-load utility work, not passenger helicopter charter.
