Starflight Aviation is an independent private jet and helicopter charter broker that says it has been active since 1990. Its main base is Farnborough Airport in the UK, and its US arm, Starflight Aviation USA, works from Teterboro, New Jersey, serving the New York area. The company also lists US sales offices in Chicago, Florida, Arizona and Washington DC.

The company does not operate aircraft. Its website states that it is not a direct air carrier and that flights are performed by licensed operators, so it arranges flights with third-party operators. It says it uses only twin-engine aircraft and can source helicopters, light to ultra-long-range jets, and VIP airliners for groups of roughly 18 to more than 200 passengers.

For safety and compliance, Starflight lists itself as Wyvern Registered and as an ARGUS Certified Broker. It also reports ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certification, Cyber Essentials, and membership of the Air Charter Association. For 2025 it reported carrying 7,035 passengers over 2,322 flight hours.

Since 2009 the company has offered optional carbon programmes, including rainforest protection through Cool Earth and aircraft-specific credits through 4AIR. Trade directories also list it as a broker in both the UK and New Jersey.
