American Flight Support (AFS) is based at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. It combines private charter arrangement with trip support services for aircraft operators and owners.

On the charter side, AFS arranges business jet, helicopter and air ambulance flights with third-party operators. It does not list an owned fleet and says it works with a network of more than 4,000 safety-audited partner aircraft. A charter broker directory shows no aircraft listed for charter under its name, consistent with a broker role. It also publishes empty-leg availability, which clients can search on its website or receive by email twice a week.

Its trip support work covers flight planning, landing and overflight permits, ground handling, fuel supply, catering, customs and immigration filings, crew hotels and ground transportation. The company also lists passenger services such as meet-and-assist and aviation security, plus cargo and risk assessment.

Trade press describes an operational office in Mexico City and representatives across Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America, which points to a focus on flights into that region. The company lists NBAA and EBAA membership. A third-party directory states it is not ARGUS-registered.
