Florida private aviation company offering charter, jet cards and aircraft management
FlyUSA is a private aviation company that started in Florida in 2020. According to its own account, it was founded by pilots and began by arranging flights before expanding into running charter, aircraft management and maintenance itself. The company lists operations at Tampa (TPA), St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) and Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ), and states that it took ownership of Clearwater Airpark (KCLW).
Its published services cover on-demand charter, jet card products, an Ascend Club membership, fractional-style programs, aircraft management and help with aircraft acquisitions. In December 2024 it introduced the Freedom Jet Card, which aviation press described as aimed at travellers flying three or more times a year.
The company says it manages a fleet of around 20 aircraft. Its website references aircraft such as the Pilatus PC-12 NG, Citation CJ3 and Falcon 2000LX within its programs, and shows larger jets such as a Gulfstream G550 and a Bombardier Global in its imagery. The site does not state which aircraft are flown under its own operating certificate, so flyers should ask who the operator of record is for a given trip.
FlyUSA also advertises a Jet Card Recovery Program aimed at holders of prepaid balances with other providers. Terms for that program and for its jet cards are set out on request rather than in the public material reviewed here.
