TruNorth Jets

TruNorth Jets is a private jet charter company that describes itself as California-based. It takes bookings through an online flight request form and a phone line, (310) 862-JETS. The 310 area code points to the Los Angeles area, but this profile does not confirm a street address or home airport.

The main service is on-demand private jet charter. The request form covers one-way, round-trip and multi-city trips. It lets clients enter the number of adults, children and cabin-friendly pets, which may help families travelling with animals. The website also has separate pages for event charter and for medical travel by private jet.

The company's website does not clearly say whether it operates its own aircraft under its own air carrier certificate. Until that is confirmed, flyers should assume it arranges flights with third-party operators. Before booking, ask which operator and aircraft will fly the trip, and check that operator's certificate.

The website includes a charter guide and an aircraft guide to help clients compare cabin sizes and aircraft types. The company says it serves business and family travellers and that its charters cover destinations worldwide. No industry safety audits or ratings, such as ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO, were confirmed for the company during this research. Flyers who need those standards should ask for audit details for the specific operator on their trip.
