Matches buyers and owners for two-party private aircraft co-ownership in the US
Partners in Aviation (PIA) is a US company built around shared aircraft ownership. Its main offering, PIA Managed Co-Ownership, pairs two qualified parties to own and operate a single aircraft under a shared legal structure.
The company works with both sides of a deal. Existing owners can use its 'Sell Half My Jet' program to find a partner for their aircraft, while prospective owners are introduced either to current owners looking to split ownership or to other buyers, and then helped to acquire a suitable aircraft. PIA says it pairs co-owners with an aircraft manager, but it does not itself present as an operator or charter provider.
Opportunities span turbine categories from turboprops and light jets through midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets. A July 2026 report from Private Jet Card Comparisons listed 51 co-ownership opportunities across nine US regions, including types such as the Pilatus PC-12, Phenom 300, Citation CJ3, Challenger 300 and Gulfstream G550.
The company was founded by Mark Molloy, a former Beechcraft executive. Its website displays NBAA and IADA logos.
