ParaFlight, also seen as ParaFlight Aviation and ParaFlight Executive Flights and Travel, is an air charter broker in the United States. The company's about page gives 2016 as its founding year. An Aviation Week supplier listing places its office on Boulevard of the Americas in Lakewood, New Jersey.

ParaFlight does not operate aircraft itself. Its site states that it arranges flights with third-party FAR Part 135 air carriers, and those carriers keep operational control of each flight. The company says it reviews each carrier and flight crew before using them.

Its work falls into corporate and executive charter, international trips and medical flights. Medical work covers VIP medevac, air ambulance requests and organ transplant team transport. The company runs two related brands: UrgentFlights, a booking platform for fast corporate charter requests, and OrganFlights, which handles organ and transplant team flights. Aviation Week describes a mobile app that hospitals, transplant centres, executives and flight departments can use to send urgent requests, which are then passed to Part 135 operators across the country.
