Flex Air Helicopters Houston

Flex Air Helicopters Houston is the Houston page of Flex Air Aviation, a US air charter company that takes bookings through a national toll-free number. Flex Air Aviation describes itself as a coordinator. It matches clients with suitable aircraft and operators from its network. It does not present itself as the holder of its own operating certificate.

In Houston, the company advertises helicopter charters for executive travel, airport and hotel transfers, and trips to sporting and entertainment events. It also lists specialist helicopter work: aerial filming and photography, land and wildlife surveys, agricultural applications such as seeding and frost control, heavy lifts, and support for transmission line construction.

Flights are arranged with third-party operators. According to the company, it can source small helicopters for quick trips and larger types for groups. For heavy-lift jobs, it refers clients to air crane operators. Its website does not publish a fleet list, aircraft types or the names of the operators it uses.

Outside Houston, Flex Air Aviation advertises private jet and turboprop charters, empty legs, group charters for sports teams and roadshows, and air cargo, including time-critical and oversized freight. It also lists drone services such as aerial mapping and inspection. The company says its team takes calls daily from 8 a.m. to midnight Central Time.

The company's website does not mention any safety audits or ratings, such as ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO. It also does not give a founding date or a physical address in Houston. Flyers who want to know which operator will fly them should ask for the operator's name and its FAA Part 135 certificate details before booking.
