Kansas-based fractional, jet card, charter and aircraft management provider
Airshare is a US private aviation company headquartered at 6240 Sprint Parkway in Overland Park, Kansas, in the Kansas City area. The company marked 25 years in private aviation in 2025, and since July 2024 its ownership group has been led by private equity firm Kompass Kapital.
Its main product is fractional ownership, offered on the Embraer Phenom 300 and Bombardier Challenger 3500. Airshare also sells a jet card, under which clients pay a program fee upfront and then pay as they fly over a 24-month period, and arranges on-demand charter through its own managed aircraft and a wider charter network.
Aircraft management is a large part of the business, covering owners from acquisition through day-to-day operation, and managed aircraft such as a Global 5000 are offered for charter. A 2024 report on the Kompass Kapital deal put the company's fleet at about 150 aircraft and listed aircraft maintenance among its services.
Flights are operated by Executive Flight Services, LLC, doing business as Airshare, or by affiliated or approved air carriers. The company's website displays ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO marks, along with NBAA and ACSF affiliations.
