Its website gives its address as 14800 NW 42nd Avenue, Opa Locka, and says the business has offered its services for more than 19 years.

The company describes itself as a direct aircraft operator rather than a broker. Aviation data provider ch-aviation reports that it holds a US Part 135 certificate and lists its activities as private jet charter, aircraft management, and aircraft acquisitions and sales. According to ch-aviation, it also arranges charters on third-party aircraft, mostly small and midsize jets.

In November 2024, ch-aviation reported that the Part 135 fleet totalled six jets: two Beechjet 400As, a Gulfstream G200, a Gulfstream GIV-SP, a Cirrus Vision Jet and a Vision Jet G2+. Later ch-aviation items report that a Hawker 400XT was added, so the current line-up may differ.

Beyond charter and management, the website lists aircraft sales and hangar space at Opa-locka, including a 16,000 sq ft hangar developed by Sky Harbour. It also publishes empty-leg listings.
