Zephyr Jets is a private jet charter broker. Its website gives a New York City office at 535 5th Avenue and two more offices, one in Van Nuys, California, and one at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. The company says it was founded in 2010 and calls itself a broker. It does not say it runs its own fleet, and it books flights with third-party operators.

Its main service is on-demand charter. The website also lists executive and corporate travel, group charters on larger airliner-type aircraft for about 20 to 100 passengers, cargo flights on freighter aircraft, medical air ambulance flights and empty-leg flights. A jet card or membership product with pre-funded hours is mentioned, but the website gives no details about it.

The company says it can reach more than 3,500 aircraft through its operator network. The categories run from turboprops such as the King Air and PC-12, through light, midsize and super-midsize jets, up to heavy and ultra-long-range types such as the G650 and Global 7500. These are categories it can book, not aircraft it owns.

Zephyr Jets says every flight is flown by an FAA Part 135 operator rated by ARGUS or Wyvern. It also says its quotes are itemized and have no fuel surcharges or hidden fees. These ratings belong to the operators, not the broker. Flyers can ask which operator will fly the trip and check that operator's certificate and safety ratings themselves before booking. The website says phone support is open 24 hours a day.
