SevJet

SevJet is a private jet charter business in New York. Business directories list its office at 304 Park Avenue South in Manhattan's Flatiron district. The company has had a social media presence under the SevJet name since 2010.

The company offers on-demand private jet charter. It also sells a 10-hour jet card for clients who want a fixed block of flight time instead of booking trip by trip. Its website says it builds each itinerary around the client's schedule.

SevJet's website refers to a fleet of aircraft, but it does not name any aircraft types or registrations, or say which operating certificate the flights run under. Flyers should not assume the company owns or operates aircraft itself. It may arrange flights with third-party operators, so ask which operator will fly each trip.

On safety, the website says SevJet works with ARG/US, the charter safety rating agency. It also says pilot credentials, including total flight hours, certifications and incident history, are checked before each flight. These are the company's own statements. Flyers can check the ARGUS rating of the operator assigned to a specific trip.

Neither the website nor the directory listings found during research say which regions SevJet serves or name a home airport. Before booking, confirm the departure airport, the aircraft and the operator's certificate.
